Abstract
The author examined 206 persons of 12 year-old Korean adolescent representing 189,000 student in order to prepare the DATA Base about DAI(Dental Aesthetic Index). The alginate impression was taken and the components of DAI calculated by the study cast of dental stone. the indices of DAI by jenny was estimated and analyzed by SPSS/PC+.
We investigated the agreement of DAI by repeated Measure of one inspector. Ten clinical traits and individual DAI was analyzed percent agreement and Kappa statistics.
1. Percent agreement of individual DAI according to 4 groups in center of need for malocclusion was 58.03%.
2. Percent agreement of 3 clinical traits largest anterior irregularity on maxilla and mandible, and anterior maxillary overjet were showed low agreement less than 60%.
